This is the Dodge – a fearsome piece of kit now additionally seasoned with a new set of commercials certainly giving your heart a run. If you needed more reason to test drive the Dodge, then watch the Warning! commercial directly telling you what the Dodge will do to you and who should be afraid of it. The commercial tells us what Dodge tried to show by building wheels so insane no other company would ever have the balls to create.
In short, the Dodge is a badass car, for badass people who love adrenalin and do find these modern diseases daft and imaginary.
Now, we have a bit of a problem with the slogan at the end. It says – Domestic. Not Domesticated. Now, while the car certainly captures the true American muscle car spirit and gives exceptional new meaning to the muscle car culture, the fact is that they are not Domestic. Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger are both produced in Canada – including the Hellcats. This should bother you? No, not at all. The world should be finally large enough for all of us and you should not be crossed if your Challenger comes from some other country than the US. After all, Mercedes and Audi come from Hungary, some parts of the Bentayga are produced in Slovakia and don’t get us even started on Mexico and China production. This is called globalisation so, it may be that something can be Domestic, even if it really isn’t.
You know everything about the power levels of Hellcat cars, but Dodge wanted to remind us a bit about that with their mechanical metal Hellcat released from the cage. The Hellcat transforms into a Challenger Hellcat in the second commercial dubbed “Unleashed | Challenger SRT® Hellcat Episode One | Dodge”. So, there will be an Episode Two!
