Heffner Performance Lamborghini Huracan is the next best thing for racing. This is a twin turbo DCT we have seen before and now it is an ultimate quarter mile machine capable of trashing almost anything off the line. Yes, it is street ready, but the power output of its magnificent engine is 1.250hp. More than double the what you get from it when it comes out directly from St. Agata Bolognese.
Massive power is channeled to all four wheels through a double clutch gearbox. Yes, there are more powerful Huracans. That one from Underground is more powerful, but bear in mind that it has a sequential gearbox. The differences are huge – this DCT actually works well in the city, on the motorway and pretty much everywhere. So, what can these 1.250hp really do!?
A lot as it seems. A quarter of a mile race gave the Huracan enough room to thunder down the strip at incredible speeds. The stopwatch stopped at 8,3 seconds and a speed trap captured this street legal Lamborghini Huracan travelling 176 mph.
Now, this is the result we all like to see on our street cars. Imagine what would it look like if this thing lined up next to something such as the Porsche 918 Spyder, the Veyron or the LaFerrari and left them in dust in a matter of seconds. The time and the speed shown here definitely prove it can do just that.
Yes, it is a Lamborghini Green and we actually like it like this. It adds up to its whole flamboyance thing going on. All in all, the Huracan came to the market only a few years ago and we have not waited for long before it started breaking some really astonishing records.
