The Mini Cooper S is a small and compact car and has always had a touch of attractiveness that’s just hard to explain. The car has an appeal to its cuteness but with the Mini Coopers, there’s always more than size. The cabin has a lot of features which are actually out of the ordinary. It has a large round speedometer at the center of the dashboard instead of being placed behind the steering wheel. You can turn on the cruise control on the steering wheel and the lights will turn up on the speedometer. Adjusting the seats adjustment levers and powerlock controls are scattered everywhere and they are hard to find but you will still feel the Coopers’ sense of belongingness and surely you just got to love them.
The Mini Cooper S has more power compared to the other Mini’s because it has a 1.6 liter turbo charged engine capable of producing 172 horsepower and it also has a 5 speed automatic transmission option. When trying to drive the Mini Cooper S aggressively you will feel that it accelerates slowly then it will suddenly give a boost once the turbo charger settles in. There’s a Sport button which improves throttle, gear response and handling. There is nothing extremely exquisite, special or superb about the Mini Cooper S it’s just that it’s hard not to love the Mini Cooper, what ever type it maybe it always have an irresistible beauty.
