Following Honda’s prototype that was released last year, Honda has now unveiled their new Honda Brio. This model is a compact day to day driving vehicle offering superb mileage and value for money commodity. They haven’t gone away to the first details they have released and though it is not that of a looker, this is still a Honda and it only means quality and wouldn’t break down easily.
This can be compared to a pint sized Honda Fit and this actually measures 1,680 mm wide, 1,475 mm tall and 3,610 mm long. The cabin is surprisingly spacious and features all the basic amenities. The interior design was also not left out and still offers a pleasing appeal to it.
The compact vehicle will be offered to emerging markets such as Thailand, India and China. The power terrain will be derived from a 1.2 liter 4 cylinder i-VTEC engine that can produce 89 bhp. Just keep in mind this is built not for power but for city driving pleasure trying to reach out other market segments in the economy. With that in mind, fuel consumption is rated at 5.0 liter for every 100 km!
The Thai model previewed here will be in dealerships in late May and pricing starts at $12,862.
