The Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Spyder Performante. The name itself speaks elegance, luxury and unmatched performance. This is a more sophisticated version of the Spyder and thanks to the CFRP technology, the Performante is a much lighter edition which made this creature more agile and aggressive on the roads. The Spyder is already at the peak of its game when compared to its weight but engineers at Sant Agata Bolognese still found a way to reduce its weight by 65 kilograms or 143 lbs.
Lambo just keep on redefining boundaries with the open top super sports car segment and they just keep on making such drooling creations. The Performante has a total weight of 1,485 kilograms or 3,274 lbs which is a new best for its exclusive market.
Right at the heart of this colossal beast is a 5.2 liter V10 engine that roars with a staggering 570 bhp and this will detonate from 0-100 km in just 3.0 seconds. To give all those speed addicts their much awaited goose bumps, top speed is set to 324 km/h.
This gorgeous Lambo creation stands on a lightweight 19 inch aluminum wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero Corsa Sports tires. The Performante truly speaks its name and by 2011 this will be out on the roads.
