The Alfa Romeo TZ3 Corsa designed by Zagato was unveiled at the XII Villa D Este Concours as a tribute to their partnership and to the car’s 100 years of victories and races. Zagato and Alfa Romeo has a long history in making racing cars, Alfa Romeo already endured 100 years of racing heritage with 90 years of collaboration with Zagato. Their new creation is a one-off vehicle commissioned by Martin Kapp –a Zagato Alfa Romeo collector.
The TZ3 Corsa Brings true honor to their partnership and was built to give top notch performance. The car is made up of a carbon fiber monocoque shell with tubular frame and chassis. Lightweight aluminum material is also used for the body giving it with just a total weight of just 850 kg or 1874 lbs.
The TZ3 Corsa is given life by a 4.2 liter V8 Engine with dry sump lubrication technology that can give out a growling 420 bhp, the engine is paired to a 6 speed sequential gearbox. This tributary car can shoot from 0-60 mph in just 3.5 seconds with a top speed 186 mph.
