When BMW unveiled their series 7 E38, the world was amazed. It was a modern car, with the looks that represent the ultimate expression of BMW philosophy and with the tech underneath that shattered anything others thrown at it. The car was so amazing that even James Bond, a famous British agent portrayed by Pierce Brosnan used it in one of its movies. 13 years passed since BMW finished the production of the E38 BMW 7 series, but the legendary status of the car still stays strong even today. This one you see here on this video is possibly one of the best preserved units and while we are not fond of all this transformations (especially that crazy rear camber level) it is clear that the car still looks absolutely amazing.
Built by the StanceWorks, the BMW 7 series E38 features hydraulic suspension, wonderful HRE Wheels 309s wrapped in Nitto Tires and it is as beautifully preserved as any should be. The name BMW 740Li means that this particular one has a lengthened wheelbase, a wonderful V8 with 286 HP (it is possibly slightly tuned so it produces a bit more than 300 HP) and it is filled with every possible tech innovation that the Nineties were known of.
Filmed in the empty underground car park, the black car which is so low looks so damn angry and it would be a perfect companion of the local gangster. Unfortunately, small gangsters end up driving these cars which sell out now close to nothing. Nevertheless, nicely maintained units are hard to find and this one shown here clearly shows the incredible character of the car.
