Lithuania is not exactly known for their car scene, nor for the mobsters, or anything related to that kind of insanity. However, the latest video coming from this European country reveals a man driving an old Volvo XC90, trying to flee the police in a rather unsuspected way. It seems that this guy is a mobster and by the looks of things he had his car rigged with some rather cool features – like a smoke screen and spikes cool features. More or less, this is the closest thing to a real world James Bond car you could imagine.
The police chase did last for some time but the most amusing part about it includes this guy trying to disable the police car. He did succeed in slowing them down for a moment with a smoke screen. They did not exactly see where they are heading, but then the Volvo driver released spikes and shrouds trying to puncture the tires of the police car. He was left unsuccessful as the police continued to hunt him down. Interestingly, a Skoda Octavia joined the chase in some sense. We are not sure was the Skoda actually just a random guy trying to help the police or another police car in disguise trying to disable the Volvo.
At the end, the Volvo did stop to a halt after cops rammed it by the street. This guy will definitely be charged so hard he will never forget his prison cell in his life.
