Even though the new version of the Lamborghini with 580hp and rear wheel drive was just revealed a week ago, the Underground racing already own an even more amazing Huracan than the one revealed at St. Agata. Created to make a record-breaking run on a half of a mile track and beat the Underground Racing Gallardo, this green Huracan certainly is an incredible machine perfected for the event.
Two turbochargers were integrated onto the V10 engine. Cooling, ECU and many internal parts were changed to ensure that the engine power will be delivered to the wheels without an explosion. The maximum power of the setup is still unknown, but it is considered that this incredible machine has an engine churning out insane 2.400hp on full boost. We do not really know does it use all the available grunt here, but the results say that the Underground Racing Huracan hit 238,6 mph which is unparalleled in this competition. The last record, achieved in January by Underground Racing Gallardo was bettered by almost 5 mph.
Yes, there are some cars on the planet which can achieve much greater speeds, but the fact here is that the Gallardo (not these, tough) achieved this in a competition where the best cars are forged.
Please hear this bull roar and listen to the awesome reaction of the happy observers after it shattered the old record.
