A lot of money, supercars and an awesome tunnel. And yes, aftermarket exhausts! This is it, guys. These people are living that life and they seem to enjoy it a lot. Not only do they have insane cars, but they have had them tuned and modified to insanity. We are talking here about the Porsche Panamera Turbo, the Maserati Granturismo, and the Ferrari 458 Speciale. All of them are insane machines, but after having a direct rev battle something extraordinary happened – the turbocharged Panamera engine, although powerful, cannot hold a candle to the growl of the Italian naturally aspirated monsters.
That is not that strange as the Maserati cherishes that pure V8 growl, while the Ferrari cars are more like refined sporting machines giving out the sound that is close to the sound of magnificent older naturally aspirated Formula 1 engines.
We are not sure if the numbers are as they were when the cars left the factory. If they are, then the Maserati GranTurismo V8 is rated at 440 hp (a few more probably), with the Ferrari V8 giving out 600 hp and the Porsche Panamera is in the middle with an engine giving out 550hp. Obviously, the Ferrari is the fastest, the sharpest and the loudest here, but you have to admit that the other two cars have their merits too.
What is a bit daff is that cars were rather heavily cosmetically altered? Maserati looks like a riced cheap car, the Ferrari has that insane color for nothing and the Panamera looks like it came straight from a Need For Speed game. Obviously, much needs to improve here so we could consider these cars proper high-velocity machines created to set standards on the streets.
