The Lotus Evora has a now a sleeker look and has meaner power by 2011 and they will call it as the Lotus Evora S. This will be their sports version that still packs all the massive things from the Evora…only better. Joining their Evora S is the Evora IPS (Intelligent Precision Shift) which uses state of the art technology for its automatic gearbox.
Right at the heart of the Evora S is an upgraded 3.5 liter V6 Toyota engine that can shout a mean 345 bhp with 295 lb ft of torque. This can blast from 0-60 mp/h in just 4.6 seconds reaching a top speed of 172 mp/h.
The Evora IPS on the other hand still receives the same engine on its powerplant but can produce a lower number of ponies under its hood. The IPS produces 276 bhp and can run from 0-60 mp/h in 5.3 seconds with a top speed of 155mp/h.
This super car comes with a sport button and with just a touch of the hand this car will totally be a different beast. This will be sharper in corners and this will activate the by pass exhaust valve which makes the driver take control of the throttle response. This will let you give your aggressive driving a more personal touch.
