Never underestimate the power of low priced gas. Many amazing things happened and the world became a better place in a year or two. Ladies and gentlemen, Jeep brand CEO Mike Manley just confirmed that the Jeep Grand Cherokee is getting a sick Hellcat engine and the car is still actually in development. While we are not 100 percent positive that the Grand Cherokee will get the same power output as the Challenger or the Charger Hellcat, we know that the Jeep Grand Cherokee, possibly named the Trackhawk, will be one of the fastest SUVs in the world.
The main concerns of Jeep engineers is how to transfer all the power to all four wheels via an existing four-wheel drive system and how to ensure top quality work of all elements on board.
Massive work in terms of structural reinforcement is needed and when everything is completed, all of the car world hopes that the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk won’t get too chubby and too heavy. If Jeep founds a way to transfer all of the massive power to the wheels Jeep could have the fastest and the baddest SUV on Earth. It will probably eat up manny Beemers, Porsches and AMGs but the question remains will it be capable of destroying the Bentley Bentayga on the track and on the straight line. As you probably know, the Bentayga is the world’s fastest, most luxurious and most expensive SUV. The Grand Cherokee Trackhawk only needs to be the fastest.
We cannot wait for the FCA to release their proudest achievement in the form of the astonishing Grand Cherokee.
