Another retro styled luxury car has been released and dubbed as the Imperia GP. This is a brand name that was revived from the early 1900’s and ran production up to the 1950’s. Its old styling will be in line with other cars like Wiesmann or Morgan. Despite its ancient look this is equipped with top notch technology and the latest in hybrid technology. It took almost three years for this car to be developed which started back in 2008 and it is now released to offer such ultimate refinement.
This will be powered by a 1.6 liter turbo engine paired to an electric motor. The petrol powered engine produces 207 bhp with 184 lb ft of torque while its battery driven motor yields 134 bhp. The combined power will let the Imperia GP detonate from 0-100 km/h in just 4 seconds.
Since this is a hybrid, it offers staggering numbers when it comes to fuel consumption. It runs an economy rating of 1.9L/100km and in addition to that CO2 emission is less than 50 g/km. On all electric mode this luxury car can run a total distance of 70 km and a full charge battery will only take 4.5 seconds.
