Iconic motors developed their very own roadster that blends old school styling with space age technology. The Iconic AC roadster is such a menace when it comes to technology and every part bolted on this roadster is a piece of ingenuity. The body design may closely resemble the ever stunning Shelby Cobra but that is the closest that it can get when it comes to comparison on old cars.
The AC roadster’s body is made up of a lightweight aluminum material, the same material being used in aircrafts. The chassis is built with chrome-alloy tube steel with an all carbon fiber shell to in-house the cabin.
The dash is fitted with a VEEDIMS based analog gauges which is handled by digital stepper motors to give an accurate and precise response with real time data being reflected by the needle.
The engine is also a piece of otherworldly technology; it’s an all aluminum V8 pushrod engine with 6.8 liter capacity. This roadster can produce an immensely powerful 825 bhp with 680 lb ft of torque and can detonate from 0-60 mp/h in 3 sec. The AC Roadster has a top speed of not lesser than 200 mp/h.
