Let us kick off with the cheapest of the lot. This is a Volvo. So, not a lot of fun, is it!!? Well, this one is. It is rather difficult to find a more unique, rare and awesome car for three grand. The 1990 Volvo 740 Turbo will never give up on you on a car meet, or anywhere else. Apart from looking cool, this is quite a conversation piece.

Searching even deeper in the past we found this nice 1985 Mercedes-Benz 230 W123. With four speed transmission and small 2.3 L four cylinder engine, this turns out to be quite a nice example of one of the most popular Merc cars of all time. Despite its age, it has some surprising features such as air conditioning, Radio Cassette player, central locking and power steering. Not bad for 30-year-old car.

This is the 2001 BMW 540i and it is considered to be the last of the “analogue” cars. Of course, it is definitely the best sedan of its age and it was THE SEDAN TO HAVE when it was new. This one is a bit steep, but look at it. With less than 160.000 kilometers on the clock, this e39 is an offer you have to check out. Its V8 can still sing.

You may hate it, you may think it is not as cool as it should be, but the fact is that this 2002 Nissan Skyline can give you a whole lot of enjoyment. Fairly nice equipment with all the stuff you really need – powered seats, nice navigation screen, air con and even 19 inch wheels is the main plus side which sells this thing. Also, it did less than 140.000 kilometers.

Finally, the Jag. The 1998 V8 Jaguar XJ8 4.0 Sport Sedan is just what it says – the Sport Sedan. It can give you a headache if you don’t give it some TLC, but if you do, it will be the best car on earth. Classy, beautiful, large and powerful. This thing goes for more than 8 grand, but ask the seller for a discount. He’ll probably give it for 8 grand.
