Why in the world would you like to have a G-class with six wheels and six wheel drive? The only obvious reason is because you can and the same story can be said for this incredibly kitch Brabus Mercedes Benz G63 AMG 6×6. It is a large vehicle dominated by the enormous tires and looks that only a mother could love (and a sheik without any sense of elegance or refinement).
This just might be the first vehicle with the carbon fiber parts colored dark red and then garnished with metallic. We don’t like it for sure, but we do understand why Brabus did just this. It looks to us that they wanted to make an ultimate pimpmobile with this machine. We say that because the interior speaks for itself. It is finished in red and black (as the exterior), and the leather inside pops out so dominantly that you can see that pimpmobile style even without reaching into the vehicle.
This vehicle is not a laugh however. With a power upgrade of 156 HP, the Brabus tuned Mercedes Benz G63 AMG 6×6 is powered by a 700 HP engine which is powerful enough to accelerate this 8.500 lbs monster to 60 mph in 7,3 seconds (GTI couldn’t do that 15 years ago).
The price of this beast is still unknown. A stock Mercedes G 63 AMG 6×6 costs up to half a milion euros, so this one might get a price hike of up to 100.000 to 200.000 euros. If You are still wondering who might buy it then you should take a look at the garages of the Arab sheiks. Mercedes produces 20 to 30 of these a year which means that every Arab sheik might have one or two of these.
