The BMW Z4 is a new roadster ready to claim the fame of the Z3. The Z4 now comes with a retractable hardtop and comes in two trim models, the sdrive30i and the more aggressive sDrive 35i. The sDrive30i has a 3.0 liter inline 6 engine that gives a respectable 255 bhp with 220 lb ft of torque. The sDrive 35i has the same engine but fitted with twin turbo chargers that can bring out 300 bhp with 300 lb ft of torque and can blat from 0-60mph in just 5.2 seconds. The Z4 has good storage space on its trunk with 11 cubic ft space if the hard top is up but when retracted the roof will occupy some of its boot space leaving it with 6 cubic ft. There is also a cleverly placed small storage space right behind the seats intended small backpacks. The steering might feel a bit numb because of its electronic power steering but it is still quite agile in corners.
Overall the BMW Z4 is a good car. There are even different packages you can choose from to fit your personality, the premium package, premium sound package, cold weather package, Ivory white leather package or the sport package. With BMW Z4s’ good looks and good driving, it will also allow you to have a more personal touch with each package.
