As the Frankfurt Motor Show is getting closer and closer, Bentley is definitely trying to do its best to prepare the new SUV for the unveiling. At least we would like to see it in Frankfurt in September, but the unveiling could easily happen in the US at the NAIAS. Nevertheless, new footage shows that the Bentley Bentayga is in its final development process. After Bentley finished testing it and adopting it for use on tarmac, the Brits are now in their final attempt to make it off-road worth. Not that it will be used very much outside tarmac, but it is nice to know that the SUV you are driving is a capable and formidable machine. Especially, when you’ve paid a small fortune for it.
The video Bentley released shows the mighty SUV testing on the soft off road terrain. Basically, it should be able to provide well off road features, but it is not a Land Rover of course. Despite being filmed in the wilderness, with the four liter turbocharged engine, or a six liter turbocharged engine, the manic Bentayga will be the ultimate road tourer with exceptional comfort and unmatched ride refinement.
All in all, we have to wait a bit for the new Bentley, but when it comes it’ll be a blast.
