Another electric supercar sends sizzle at the Geneva Motor Show. This is the Artega SE model another variant of their mid engined GT model. The “SE” on its name tag stands for sport electric and this monster certainly gives a precise definition of the word SPORT. This is a stunning piece of art that would entice the hearts of every car fanatics.
This is given life by a 37 kWh polymer lithium ion battery that is set to give a power outage of 350V. On the European test cycle it reached a range of 300 km but the automaker revealed that on realistic driving the Artega Se can do 200 km. In a high powered charging station this electric sport car can achieve full power in just 90 minutes.
The heart is actually two electric motors that are positioned at the rear axle. This operates independently that give a combined power of 280 kW which is equivalent to 275 bhp. This can blast in a lightning speed of 0-100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds even besting its petrol driven GT model which can do 4.8 seconds.
This is one massive car that puts electric power at the forefront of car performance.
