If you are obsessively in love with cars and anything about them, we suggest you skip this one. This is the most unfortunate AMG SLS in the world. It ended up in the scrap yard and a huge Caterpillar with a crushing hand took its life without a sweat. We do not really know why did this happen, but it may have something to do with illegal import and all that stuff. All in all, the AMG SLS is one down from around 6.500 units produced. It is a sad day for anyone in love with this magnificent ride.
We remember it to be a powerful contender among cars such as the 458 Italia and the Gallardo. True, it was more like a luxury cruiser and less like a track ready car, but even when it hit the track it can do some serious damage there.
The 571 HP engine with a magnificent Mercedes transmission and whole complement of impressive advanced technology kept this thing closer to the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini and McLaren than anything else out there.
All in all, one was destroyed and we really are sad, but many more are out there.
