The Acura will be giving back one monumental beast and this will have its debut at the Chicago Auto Show. This is the new 2012 Acura TL that will feature a new refined styling and performance.
In 2011, the Acura TL won the ALG Residual Value Award for Best Near Luxury Car. Its comeback shows Acura’s different approach with the TL. It is more subtle and less striking than its little brother.
Jeff Conrad, who is the company’s vice president for sales will introduce this magnificent creation at a press conference that will be held on Feb 9, 2011.
Under the hood it is still expected that they will still use the 3.7 V6 engine capable of bursting 300 bhp with 271 lb ft of torque. This engine will be mated to a new six speed automatic Sequential Sportshift transmission. This is anticipated to be slightly more faster and more fuel efficient. Like its predecessor, this will be offered as a front wheel drive or an all wheel drive.
This creature will definitely entice car enthusiasts who love elegance and sophistication. They have a few revisions made on its fascia giving it a meaner grille, restyled bumpers and new lighting units.
