Volvo have their own share of splendor for the 2010 Paris Auto Show, they will be showcasing their S60 and V60 R-Designs as they have already released specifications on what their creations can do. This car company is ready to show a meaner Volvo and will not let be beat up by other car companies. It’s not much of a looker but definitely this has charisma.
The R-designs will be offered with a remodeled grill with modified front fascia and a sleek styled rear diffuser. Their creation will also come in a beautiful 18 inch five spoke diamond cut wheels. The interior received sports seats and the cabin is flushed with high quality leather material.
For improved performance, they have fitted under the hood a strut brace and tried using monotube dampers. The R-Design models also received shortened springs for both the front and the rear lowering the car by 15mm and installed a new Corner Traction Control system. This improves handling and will lessen any understeer.
The R-Design will be offered in different engine classifications and will start from the 1.6 liter D drive that produces 115 bhp to the ultra exciting turbo charged 3.0 liter T6 producing 304 bhp.
