The 2011 Nissan Murano will be released this mid October and comes with a noticeable all new refreshed body design. The Murano has few touches of refinements on its bumper, grille and taillight design. It also comes with 18 inch wheel and interior upgrade to give a more classy feel but this crossover vehicle still maintains its distinct characteristic among other SUV’s especially with its striking front fascia that have an eyecacthing design together with a muscular stance .
New cabin features of the Murano will depend on the trim model but the added features are 7” monitor, a new advance touch screen Nissan Navigation system, a heated steering wheel, iPod and Bluetooth connectivity and a 9.3 GB Music box hard drive.
All of the 2011 Murano will come with their VQ series engine, it’s a V6 rated 3.5 liter DOHC engine that churns 260 bhp with 240 lb ft of torque. This engine is paired with a CVT Xtronic transmission providing a smooth yet sporty driving feel and this is available in an intuitive all wheel drive or in a regular front wheel drive.
The Nissan Murano definitely stands out on the design category with new refinements this 2011 you can always consider SUV in your shopping list.
