Mazda released some astonishing sketches of their Mazda Minagi concept. This piece of art is an SUV which features smooth flowing lines all around its body. This embodies the Mazda Kodo design language. Its whole body is a fluid like blueprint yet still giving a muscular appeal.
This creation by Mazda will have its debut at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show which will start from March 1-13. This prestigious auto show will showcase different car manufacturers of the world and will give us a preview of what is to come in the future.
No word is still released by Mazda on this SUV’s power but revealed that they have used SKYACTIV technologies. This will use a SKYACTIV engine, a SKYACTIV transmission and a SKYACTIV body and chassis. They will also introduce weight saving reduction measures but will still have ample safety features for its passengers.
Though this is tagged as a concept, Mazda hinted that this is a forerunner to the company’s upcoming next generation products. This SUV might as well be their version of the Ford Vertrek Concept and will go into production and be named as the new CX-G replacing Kuga and Escape.
